Terms & Conditions

Emergencies

We do not offer emergency or crisis coverage. If you are experiencing an emergency or are concerned you may be a threat to yourself or others, please dial or text 911.For any emergencies specific to suicide or if you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please dial or text 988 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. No Show Policy

A no-show refers to any of the following:
1. A scheduled appointment you do not attend.
2. Due to the limited time of your meetings, arriving late for your scheduled appointment time will result in full payment unless previously communicated in writing.
3. Any appointment that you failed to cancel within 48 hours before the start time of your scheduled appointment time.All no-show appointments result in being charged the full fee of your scheduled meeting and will be automatically charged to your card on file.- individual coaching fee: $175
- group coaching fee: $125

Cancellation Policy

While we understand unexpected things happen. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please contact us by email within 48 hours’ notice. If you are unable to cancel within 48 hours, a late cancellation fee of $55 will be automatically charged to the credit card listed on file. This charge is irrespective of the reason for the cancellation/no-show.

Rescheduling Appointments

We will make every effort to provide you with adequate notice if we will be unavailable for a scheduled appointment.Please email us if you need to reschedule an appointment. Rescheduling requests should be made within 48 hours’ advance notice. If rescheduling requests are not made within 48 hours notice in advance of the originally scheduled appointment time, you will incur a late cancellation fee of $55 that will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

If you need to communicate with us outside of a scheduled appointment, please email us at [email protected]. We will try our best to respond to you within 1-2 business days.

Credit Card Authorization

Before starting any services with us, you completed and signed a credit card authorization for us to charge to your credit/debit card through Stripe for services rendered. These charges will appear on your bank/credit card statement as “Beisline”.If you are having issues processing your payment through Stripe or need assistance with your Stripe login or account, please contact Stripe directly at Stripe Support, they are available 24/7. Payments

All payments for services are due at the time of service, on the date of service. We only collect information needed for us to properly charge for services rendered.You are welcome to pay for meetings in advanced or on a scheduled monthly basis that can be arranged and requested in advance in writing.Any payments made 2-5 days past the date of service will incur a late fee of $55. Unless you previously arranged and requested a change in writing.Any unpaid balances that exceed 30 days overdue, will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of business and meeting times specifically reserved for you, because of this we do not offer refunds at this time. Meetings times are scheduled in advance which doesn't allow sufficient time for others to schedule promptly to fill someone else's spot if a cancellation or no-show occurs.

If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the Website home page.
